1. Enquiry and agreement
SchoolBook accepts graduation-album enquiries through the website. Submitting a form is not an automatic contract or date reservation. The scope, print run, price, schedule, advance payment and approval process are confirmed separately.
2. Photography and proof approval
The customer provides accurate class, contact and venue information. A date is agreed only after SchoolBook confirms it. The proof is reviewed under the agreed process before printing.
3. Children's data, changes and quality
The customer is responsible for having the necessary lawful grounds and consents to provide student data and photos. These materials are not published in a portfolio without a separate lawful basis. For changes, cancellation or quality claims, contact the contact details published on the SchoolBook website. Completed work, agreed terms and mandatory consumer rights are taken into account.
